- Citing sources, website evaluation, and Works Cited Page
Assistance in the Computer Lab: The library teacher also encourages teachers to collaborate on projects that use the library. Ways that the library teacher can support the classroom teacher: - Pull materials off shelf for the assignment.
- Talk to students briefly telling them what resources are available for the assignment.
- Create a Trailblazer for the assignment, listing available resources and websites for the project (one week’s notice appreciated).
- Collaborate with teacher in designing a project that uses Information Literacy skills and technology integration.
- Give book talks about current fiction or thematic non-fiction.
- Conduct library and/or Internet use orientation.
